I think the title of this mini-article is a bit misleading. Seems more like speculation at this point, but if it were to come to fruition, this would say volumes about where the Batman franchise is headed...
But the performance that really got me was Eckhart as Dent--his arc is a steep and complex one and Aaron was tremendous every step of the way. I truly hope that, like Bale did after Begins, Eckhart gets a lot more recognition and roles from this.
