Hard to take this list seriously being that it goes on stats alone. To be fair, Harrington did play for the Lions for all those years, so it can't be entirely his fault that his stats blew. I remember watching several of Harrington's last games in Detroit and I can honestly say it wasn't his fault that the team sucked. Also, David Carr being on this list is a bit silly as well. He may have spent more time on his ass than he did standing upright, but that was thanks to the Texans' consistently god-awful O-line.
